Equality is achieved through diversity. Differences in gender, race, and culture are not problems to be overcome, but advantages to be utilized and respected. We believe that diverse individuals and cultures can coexist and that the best results can be achieved in a place where diverse thoughts synergize.

We respect new ways of thinking and new ideas.

The work of changing the world is always done at the intersection of different things. Greek philosophy, Roman governance, innovative IT technology, innovative New Testament, all started where different cultures and different technologies and ideas intersected. We always listen to different thoughts and perspectives.

We emphasize collaborative work.

A company should be like an organism, with various organizations coming together to live and breathe. Based on division of labor and delegation, there should be various changes and evolutions through communication. There are not many things that can be done perfectly alone, and sometimes more ideal ideas come out when working together. We should trust our colleagues and grow together, and become a place where we nurture and realize our dreams.

We choose our own workspace and time.

Gathering in the same physical space is not a requirement for collaboration. What's important is the philosophy and willingness to collaborate, not the location and time. There are countless ways to communicate for collaboration. We don't need a wide and fancy space for what we do. We only need an efficient space that suits the essence of the work and the situation.

Autonomy & Self-evaluation.

There is a need to be more autonomous, more objective towards oneself, and more generous towards others. One must evaluate oneself whether they have achieved the goals they have set. This is a matter of trust in oneself and self-development. Of course, one must also evaluate their colleagues. However, the perspective of evaluation should not be how well the colleague performs or how exceptional their individual abilities are, but how well they have helped other colleagues.

Simple is best.

Phenomena are complex, but the essence is simple. The best aesthetics is not about adding more, but about knowing what to discard and being willing to discard it if unnecessary. If I cannot easily explain it to others, then I have not truly understood it.

We value work-life balance.

Many people talk about balancing work and life, but not many actually practice it. We need to take the precious time that gives meaning to our lives and moments with our families. This way, we can have the freedom and attitude to immerse ourselves in our work and not lose our creativity.
